  • Early Intervention: Served 2546 children through EIPIC programs; opened Bukit Batok and Upper Thomson centers, enhancing access for children with developmental needs.
  • Youth Engagement: Youth GO! conducted 350 activities for 19305 youths. Hidden Youth Outreach reintegrated 8 socially isolated youths into society.
  • Family Support: Managed 5000 cases via Family Service Centers, supported 69 couples in marriage preparation, and engaged 447 transnational couples.
  • Senior Care: Active Ageing Centers served over 9000 seniors; CCMS supported 350 vulnerable seniors with complex health and social needs.
  • Restorative Care: Supported 814 ex-offenders and provided education grants to 77 through the Yellow Ribbon STAR Bursary.
  • Volunteer Engagement: Engaged 8930 volunteers, with 7513 active in community programs; honored contributions at Givers’ Appreciation Lunch.
