  • Expanded Programmes: Strengthened developmental and upstream services for children, youth, families, and seniors across over 40 touchpoints.
  • Enhanced Volunteer Initiatives: Mobilized >4300 volunteers, introduced leadership roles, and supported SG Cares Volunteer Centres at Ang Mo Kio, Punggol, and Sengkang.
  • Increased Accessibility: Offered new community-led programmes like Thrive! at the Tracks, involving 1000+ attendees, and implemented upskilling initiatives for beneficiaries.
